I’ve contacted Kia America multiple times regarding ongoing safety issues with my vehicle, and even they have struggled to get proper responses from this dealership. My legal team has also been waiting for updates, but communication has been extremely poor. I went to Kia Hollywood about a week ago and Mr. Samir was very honest and supportive. I came back yesterday and he made me the best deal ever. Mr. samir was very supportive and he worked on my file the whole day. He stays at the office until he gave me the keys and explained to me all the features of the car. I have received the car washed and all the bags were thrown away. They told me over the phone that they would give me 20% above Kelly Blue Book if I sold my car to them. When I got there, after stringing me along for 45 minutes, they offered me 25% LESS than Kelly Blue Book. The car is in perfect shape with extremely low miles. A complete waste of time!
