I was in the shop 3/28/21 my friends and I decided to commemorate our trip to Charlotte by ending it with a trip to the tattoo parlor. Before heading on the road back to Hartford . The lady who tattooed me was a nice Venezuelan women. My tattoo was fairly quick, she took a pic and I moved along for my friend to go next. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They completely ruined my tattoos and did a horrible job. Now I have to go through several months of painful and costly laser removal. I came into the shop and spoke to Emily. I told her exactly what I wanted and we came to what I thought was a understanding. Obviously she knew what I wanted because the design and shading was done, but she went completely overboard with the shading, she covered my neck in black.
