Bad haircut and rude customer service. I came in asking for 1/2 inch up top and a simple fade. The owner cut an inch and a bit more up top in a fell swoop. He then proceeded to cut the sides unevenly, dabbing my head with the razor and not taking any time to for attention to detail. I came in at 11:30 am ish and left the shop at 11:43 am. Very bad experience! 😡 I went to this salon yesterday for a haircut, and I am extremely disappointed. The person who cut my hair had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. On top of that, he doesn’t even know how to cut hair properly—he completely ruined my haircut. Good behavior and professionalism are very important in customer service, but this place has neither. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you don’t want to waste your time and money, please avoid this place. 🚫
