Needed last minute cones for our freshly neutered kittens. They were so helpful when we called and had everything we needed waiting for us when we arrived to the store.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had in a pet store! I wish I’d caught the employee’s name but she not only guided me to the right product but also took the time to explain in detail how to use it. She had blond curly hair and a number of earrings, and I visited on Saturday 9/5 in the afternoon, if that helps. Lol. Thanks for a great experience!

Kristen, Hannah, and Missy are the absolute BEST! they are always so friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable about all the products when i come in. no matter if i’m grabbing my usual or looking for something new they always take the time to stop and talk and ask if i can use any help. they provide such excellent service that i always feel like i’m talking with friends and not running errands. i appreciate the obvious love they have for animals and it shows in how they treat each person and pet that comes into the store :)
