He's the best guy and company to do it come show me love
I paid a non refundable fee of $130 to have a tech come out and diagnose an issue. He gave me two choices: a repair for $50 or a replacement for $450. I chose the repair. When I called to schedule the salesman said the repair was NOT an option and the only one was the replacement. Then tried to upsell me on a warranty. Why did i pay a fee for a so called professional? I was informed he didn't know what he was doing. What? Total rip off. They offered no apology and actually argued with me. Beware, bad business practices.

For both the estimate and the repair they 1) called when they said they would, 2) came when they said they would, 3) did the job they quoted, and, 4) charged what they quoted. Another company tried to tell me I needed an entirely new door with all the hardware.
