I had two 14kt gold hoop earrings and one rope chain repaired. This place did a HORRIBLE job of repairing the earrings! End result was very unprofessional and amateurish. I consulted with another jeweler and he said they used the wrong process.
I had a horrible experience with this store. I purchased a gold necklace and charm valued at $4100, but about a month later the charm changed colors and the settings fell out and I was very dissatisfied with this purchase. He wanted to replace the stones and GOLD filling. Heated when I noticed my charm was FAKE.
