I do not recommend this establishment at all. I am extremely frustrated with my experience. After allowing my brows to grow out for two months, I sought to have them shaped, only to leave with one brow significantly thinner than the other. I regret not reading the reviews before my visit.

I already have thin brows. So I ask for her to clean them up and not to take off too much.She said she understood, and now I have these microbrows. When I mentioned it to her, she said, well, your brows are thin already as if I don't look at them every day. Which is why I asked her to clean them up. Then she proceeded to tell me that there shape differently, and how she just tried to even them out. Not what I asked for will never go back.

I used to be a pretty faithful customer coming here until today. I had let my eyebrows grow for sometime and now are ridiculously small and with uneven shape. I am sad because I have loved coming here and where careful with my eyebrows. But now, the middle part of them are off and my right eyebrow is small compared to my left. Idk what to do

Never going back there again my face broke out with shingles, because they lady was doing mines had the thread in her mouth and I didn't notice it still after the fact. The next day my eyebrows started to itch real bad and then started to flare up with blisters.

Was a loyal customer who had been going to this location for years, 10min prior to closing was refused service( which was just a basic eyebrow clean up) and was told they were closed and I could come back tomorrow. Very upsetting that I was told to leave and come back tomorrow, will no longer be going back to the establishment.
