Great service! I needed a new hood for my car and I found one here on Facebook marketplace. They messaged back right away and my car was repaired within 2 hours of reaching out. The mechanic was even able to install it for me, as well as a grill they had that was perfect for my car also. And they were able to scrap the old parts so I didn't have to deal with it! Pricing is very reasonable and they had all the parts I needed and more. I will absolutely keep Hollywood Auto in mind!

This was my first experience and they were my 3rd call and the only ones that picked up right away. They told me a quote over the phone pretty fast for a junk car pick up. I asked if the number would change once they actually saw the car he said no. They arrived within the hour. They guy looked over the car and dropped the price down $100 saying something about the rims. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Don’t buy from them, this place is a SCAM, they offered me wrong parts KNOWING they were the wrong ones just because they wanted to “sell” them. Funny, and all the people there are RUDE if you call them out about something they’re doing wrong. I promise you people, if there is anywhere you can go, DONT GO HERE.
Man, I was getting ready to sell my 2008 Chevy Impala to Wiley’s Towing. They started talking about something being wrong with my car and tried to drop the price — but while I was still on the phone, I called another towing company that doubled the offer and sent a tow truck right after the first one left.
