The truck driver Anthony was very respectful and understanding. I thought the transaction was not gonna happen. He honored the agreement that we made over the phone. I would definitely do business with him in the future.

Great service! I needed a new hood for my car and I found one here on Facebook marketplace. They messaged back right away and my car was repaired within 2 hours of reaching out. The mechanic was even able to install it for me, as well as a grill they had that was perfect for my car also. And they were able to scrap the old parts so I didn't have to deal with it! Pricing is very reasonable and they had all the parts I needed and more. I will absolutely keep Hollywood Auto in mind!

I wish I could give them a negative star because these guys should not even be in business. Call them about a bumper told me they had it on hold for me. Came to pick up the bumper and they told me it was Sold three hours ago. Running a clown operation. I called multiple times to make sure the bumper is still there before I came there he sent me pictures told me it was still available it was on hold for me. Then when i got there it was sold lol. Then tells me he is sorry to waste my time. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🚨🚨🚨

Marci is so great… customer service is impeccable… it’s not often you come across someone that’s as astonishing as her and enjoys her job… thank you so much marci for helping my mother(Flora). She does such an amazing job.

Sold my old car to this junk cars company and it was super easy. I just called them, they gave me a price for cash for cars, and picked it up the same day. Definitely a good option if you need cash for junk cars fast. 🚗💵
