please excuse the 5 stars review but your attention was needed. The negative review posted by CubTom, a customer who did not like the valuation of a property I appraised for him for estate purposes. It should be noted that this person seems to enjoy giving businesses bad reviews. In this type report I can not use any sales after the effective date of the report which is the day of valuation. in an estate appraisal this is the day the person passed away. He was asking why I didn't use sales 3 months after the effective date. ... read more
