My AC went out about 3 to 4 weeks ago. I have three stories that is controlled by three different thermometers. My home insurance made me go through Hollywood air HVAC heating and cooling. The first day the guy said that he had the issue fixed. The air damper. 30 minutes after he left the air went out . The next day I told the technician from the same company it would work then go out again. He left my house within 30 minutes. My air went out again like I told him. He came back. Terrible company. How can techs not bother going to the attic to see what the issues are?both techs were nice but I thought second one Stephan knew what he was doing however I went without AC for 14 days! Owner asked if I can still leave a good review are you serious??? I had to spend out of my own pocket to get my unit working with a real company that knows on the first call exactly what the issues were by looking at the zone thermostats and fixed my unit inn;5 minutes.
