My son specifically asked to go to the dentist with the pugs. He has never been more comfortable at the dentist than he was today. MJ and Andre made the whole family excited and happy although we learned Andre is a sucker for food. The Dentist himself was very nice and professional and made sure my son was comfortable. All of the staff were very nice the lady at the front desk even made sure my youngest was happy and got to see the pugs even though he wasn’t being seen so sweet. From the minute you walk into Hollytree Dental, you meet Delanie with her smile that instantly puts you at ease! She is wonderful at making you feel welcome. They have always been prompt and on schedule. Evelyn, the Dental Hygienist does a great job and is very patient and sweet! Horrible experience from dental work to customer service. Went in for filling and left with extreme sensitivity. Paul didn't even offer to bring me in to examine my filling. He referred me to another dentist and I was told I would have to pay to have it corrected. This is one of the many issues I experienced there. If you get work done, get detailed outlines and receipts. For reference, this is the first negative review I have ever left for a business.
