Absolute trash company. Has repeatedly not delivered on the timeline that they have said they would. Multiple times they have said they would deliver on a day and no call, no showed. No one answering phones and no one answering an emergency line. Service is absolutely horrible. I will NEVER give my money to this company again.
Multiple occasions ordered oil with specific dates for them to not show. No phone or email availability to contact anyone either. I have used Holly's for 10 years...the last 2 have been terrible. Changing companies but buyer beware they are absolutely NOT what they used to be at all.
I have an account through heating assistance and was told on Monday morning I couldn’t get a delivery until this Saturday well that delivery never happened and there was not a phone call back to let me know as I had already told him I was below 1/4 tank . I’m disabled and needed to get electric heaters which are a fire hazard . There are no emergency phone numbers to contact them on the weekend when you’re out of oil. Update Its been almost 2 weeks. I need to buy oil. Holly's Fuel has my $300.00. Refused to deliver to Alfred, ME. As of today I have not received a credit or any communication from Holly's fuel since the initial promise to give my money back. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. 01/11/21 I ordered oil from the Holly's Fuel website. I entered address and zip code.
