I called for pricing and I was on hold for about 20+minutes and they never got back to me. They scheduled me for a 3:45 pm appointment. I got out of work to make the appointment only for them to tell me they can't take me in due to construction. If you knew that why not call or text me. The construction workers are chatting it up instead of working while I'm still waiting. I've been coming here for years and it was never an issue. They must have new owners.

I don’t usually do this but I am beyond disappointed with how the staff requires many test for your pet. I took my Rottweiler for a check-up, asked for x-rays since the beginning, due to a lump, they refused, asked for other test, paid about $900 in total for them just to tell me I need X-RAYS at the end! I felt fooled and scammed. Go to ALL AMERICAN HOSPITAL located in Long Beach! Worth the drive!
Love their service & prices! Usually dealt with first come, first serve so be prepared to wait.
Terrible experience had an appointment at 8:30am today June 19, 2026. I should be the first one to get helped since I made the appointment the day before. I personally went in person to write my name the day before to reserve my spot. They told me that there is 1 person ahead of me. I understand no problem.
