Wanted to buy my wife anniversary flowers and have them delivered before she left the house. No one answered the phone. Left a message, no call back. Left another message an hour later, still no response. Person finally called back two hours after the initial call, but by then it was too late and they couldn't accommodate the time frame. Inconvenient and disappointing.

Open on mondays as a case by case basis , google is incorrect in giving 10-5 as hours so anyone getting grumpy about "oh they aren't always open " blah blah blah is wrong, you also shouldn't call before or after they open/close , you know like a normal store people wont pick up the phone then . They can get just about anything in season if you order a few days ahead of time (just out of common courtesy) The biggest problem is people ordering online and ordering THE PICTURE not realising that they won't get THE PICTURE becaus... read more
