It’s been a year already at Hollybrook Ranch Apartments and am transferring it to new one. Nakisa was incredibly helpful throughout the process - always quick to respond and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Really appreciate the entire staff support in general.
We just moved in a few weeks ago. Our move-in experience has been fantastic. Everyone in the office has been friendly and professional. Sylvie runs a tight ship and expects tenants and staff to follow the rules. Nakisa is fun and funny. Samir is super informative and helpful. All of them have great customer service and upbeat energy with anyone who comes into the office. The property itself is beautiful. I love the valet service, the gym, and the pool. We're very happy here.

we tried leasing here at the beginning of may and got a move in date of the 28th, already paying all the fines and doing all the paperwork. unfortunately on the 18th they notified us they didn’t have any move in dates for a 2 bed until 2 months later via email which we responded asking for more information and still haven’t gotten back to us in any way(the 22nd now) luckily we found a better apartment but this is not how you run a business
I have been here since 2023, it was gone down since then. Honestly, do NOT bother keep your app fee, take it somewhere else.
