My AC went out after hours on a Sunday. I called the emergency line and within 5 minutes someone called me back and triaged the situation over the phone. After giving him all of the information he knew exactly how to fix it and was in my apartment within 30 minutes. He fixed the AC and was so kind the entire time. I have enjoyed my time living at Hollybrook Ranch. Samir in the office is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and personable. The residents are lucky to have him.
I have had a wonderful experience living here, Nakisa has been a huge help with any apartment needs. 4 years and 0 issues the entire time.
I moved here two years ago and was giving up hope on finding a place and then on my last stop of the day of looking for something I just so happened to stop at this wonderful place. Nakissa (Nikki) she was the person who I spoke with when I first walked in. She is nothing but amazing, kind , sweet and all the above. She helped me so much these past 2 years with so much.
