Get a new manager, that doesn't harass paying tenants, but allows heroin dealers to live next door to her. Judy doesn't take care of that park but picks on elderly people in the park, or people that she thinks she can bully. She needs replaced!! This park has gone in the gutter over the 30 plus years she has been so called "managing" it. Time to make changes!!!
