My name is Ammar, and I am currently awaiting an appointment at your clinic.Today noon I received a pre-operative screening call to collect patient data. During the call, I asked for clarification on a specific question I didn't understand. Instead of explaining, the staff member was dismissive and rudely insisted on a 'Yes or No' answer. I am concerned that my medical data may be inaccurate because the question wasn't clarified, and I found the interaction very unprofessional.
I had the best experience with Dr. Taylor, Dr. Rosenberg and all the lovely nurses and front desk staff. My appointment was on time, the facility was clean and everything was explained to me in detail. I felt calm and comfortable going into my procedure and everything went well. I’m so thankful for the professional service I received here. Great job!
I had a wonderful gastroscopy experience today. From the very beginning, the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. Then I met the anesthesiologist (unfortunately, I forgot his name), who explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable about what was going to happen next. Excellent care received for my scope. The large reception area is like new, super clean with comfortable seating. The front desk staff were very nice. The specialist and support staff help to alleviate any concerns you may have before getting started. No issues with the procedure at all and no fear to do follow up visits, but the prep work needed was extremely unpleasant. Having to drink that huge jug of weird cold liquid was just the worst. Got a colonoscopy and the procedure was not explained to me before hand. I woke up disoriented and was not told I would wake up in another room with another nurse, resulting in having confusion. I also woke up with 10/10 stomach pain, I asked why I had pain and was told air was pumped into my stomach. I should have been told before going in this was occur. The doctor who did the procedure did not explain anything even after asking questions. She was very short and unhelpful. Dissapointing experienc.
