Tori King, the property manager, was exceptional! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied as a potential future resident! Makes me feel very good about becoming a resident at the property and joining the community. Job well done!!
My stay was good overall, except for the way my move-out was handled. While I was in the apartment preparing for my move, a wall was damaged due to a maintenance issue. Unfortunately, there was no effective solution, and I had to sleep for two nights with large industrial fans running continuously. I fulfilled my lease and all of my obligations 100%, so I expected the same level of service in return. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled, especially during the final days of my lease.
