I find myself in need of re-wording my one star review, because I received a Notice to Cease and Desist Tortious Conduct on behalf of Holly Springs Pediatrics, well from their lawyer. You have read this correctly. They are claiming my statements are false and that I have given my review with the intent of hurting the business. This was our first visit, and overall, we had a positive experience. The staff was kind, and the nurse practitioner conducted a thorough exam. We recently moved here, and I brought my son in due to a persistent, severe cough. He had been prescribed an antibiotic by his previous pediatrician (video appointment) which he had already been taking for five days. The NP recommended that he continue the medication and return for a follow-up in a few days and then if he got worse, she would prescribe him a new antibiotic. I also sha... read more
My kids were kicked out of the practice because I left a bad review. It was specifically towards one practitioner and instead of wanting more info to make sure all kiddos are treated right, they told me we could no longer come there. Previous to that experience we had been to the practice 4-5 times with sick visits and well visits. Up to that point we had had good interactions, scheduling and positive experiences.
