Just been here a little under a month now. Jasmine Gabriel made the experience and move in great. Apartment hunting can be stressful. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She is very professional and friendly. And always greets you with smile. Holly Springs Meadows gets a A+.
Do NOT live here. Mice everywhere, cracks in the walls, and poor management that does not care or respond. Maintenance issues are ignored and the living conditions are unacceptable. This complex is poorly managed and not worth the money. I would never recommend Holly Spring Meadows to anyone.MOVED OUT WITHIN 2 months
If zero stars were an option, I'd give them that. It wasn't the overzealous tow people that earned this review. It wasn't the fact that my apartment constantly smelled like smoke (because my upstairs neighbor was a smoker). It was the fact that I experienced three separate mouse intrusions, none of which were handled, in a timely manner. It was the fact that someone took a shit in the laundry room, and the the apartment staff let it sit there for literally a whole month, stinking up the laundry room and the general hallways.... read more

I did a 360 during a very important and life changing time management was exceptionally compassionate and Jamine Gabriel leasing consultant has been most cooperative and helpful and met all my leasing needs. Staff has been great .
