The truth is, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When you arrive, they give you information, and even if you already live there, the reality is different. I have a friend who lives in one apartment and I live in another. She lives with other people, and their water bills are always cheaper than mine. I ask for an answer, and they tell me they'll contact me, but they never say anything. In return, I get a higher bill every month. The management and staff are great. The apartment itself needs to be updated and doors, closets, piping, and faucets need to be updated but overall a great move in experience. I had gotten many denials, and Holly Spring Meadows gave me a chance. I don't have evictions nor anything wrong credit wise, however, I have a low credit score due to school loans. That should not disqualify someone from getting a HOME! Thats it!!!
Woke Up heard noise in my kitchen and found out my ceiling is leaking . I called emergency line at 7am & again at 8am. I haven't got NO response or help yet. What do I do now it's getting worse.
