Very satisfied with my puppies grooming and the staff is very pleasent and patient
HORRIBLE! We will NEVER go back here. Our dog is a 70lb deaf pitbull with very bad anxiety. I told the red head lady at the counter (which instantly had an attitude) that he is deaf, has anxiety and can get mouthy but has never bit anyone. I also stated I have his muzzle plus a lot of treats on me incase hes getting a little too anxious. My cousin who previously owned him used to go in back with him all the time at Holly's and she is able to go in back with her 2 other deaf dogs all the time.
