My dad lived here for 9 years and his apartment flooded from the apartment above his on December 9,2018.For 5 weeks they didn’t do nothing about it. They finally gave him a dehumidifier after 5 weeks. He then went to the hospital on January 20,2019 from sitting in moisture and died on February 12,2019We went to clean out his apartment and the amount of mold is horrible...
New management is rude and many complaints from residents. i even contacted the owners and no reply. use to be a nice place but sadly it has gone downhill.

I've lived here for a year and love this place! The amenities are excellent, the staff is very good and the price is good. I'm more socially active here than usual and have a good time swimming and chatting with my friends among the other tenants. There is access to public transportation (the bus line picks up at the building entrance), Holly Ridge has a taxi service twice a week and the hospital and many medical facilities are nearby, as well as grocery stores, restaurants and others.
