RecommendedI've been bringing my dog Kai here for over a year now, whenever I have to travel for work. As soon as I pull out his bag, he knows where he's going. Instantly, I have 'CrazyExcitedDog' who drags me out of the house, into the car, and cannot wait to see his friends at Holly Ridge. And once we get there, it's like I don't even exist. Holly Ridge has been spectacular with both my baby Jade and any of my fosters, even my non-social ones. They are kind, caring folks who understand that customer service comes first! And that the customer is both the pup and the parents. Having peace of mind while I'm traveling for work is so important, and I know that Jade is having a great time while I'm gone. My overly enthusiastic boxer beagle mix, McGregor, loves this place! We had an orientation and evaluation over the winter break and he quickly flirted with the ladies and won them over. He came home from his play date tired- they hosed him off so he wasn't a dirty mess in the car too! I look forward to bringing him back soon. I love seeing the pics posted online with the dogs playing. They were kind enough to tour the facility with me as well and pointed out the importance of seeing where you dog will spend the day or night.... read more

The staff here treat my two labs like their own. Everyone is caring and they go out of their way to match the dogs in play groups where they can be happy and safe. We love the team there and the wonderful attention they give to the dogs, they are the best! loving, caring and knowledgeable. Thanks for all you do! I'd give you 10 stars if I could!

We recently left our two large Olde English Bulldogs for the weekend (July 20th through 22nd) and the staff was very helpful. We had one of our dogs that needed some extra attention and they called us to confirm directions. They moved them to a different room and all was well! They even texted to confirm that things were good. If you have extra details in your care, let them know. We didn't even think to tell them that our dogs love looking out the window vs looking at other dogs, but that simple trick worked.
