Love this Place It is excellent because the staff is friendly and professional. We have renewed our lease. The maintenance staff is empathetic and attentive. We love our community.

Great new management I moved into the pointe at canton apartments august 2019 and so far I love them. I haven't had any major issues with the apartment or management. When I needed to pay my rent 2 weeks late due to a financial hiccup they allowed me to do so with no problems. Most recently we changed trash companies so the pick-up schedule changed. Due to my job schedule I'm not able to stick to the new schedule. I let management know the problem and they said they will have someone put my trash can back into my garage if I... read more

Great Place To Be! Holly Ridge is a peaceful, neighborly place for anyone to live in. Front office staff is very understanding and helpful to all residence. Would recommend this lovely town feel to everyone.

EXCELLLENT STAFF 5 STARS We moved here March 2 ,2018 an we love it here. An I have plans on staying here. The staff in the office an maintenance guys are so wonderful. You couldn't ask for any better. If any thing gone wrong I got ahold of office an maintenance guy was here to fix what went wrong with no problem. Very nice community good neighbors. New Management ROCKS! The property has always been nice (I'm lucky to have chosen a unit in the 2nd phase - which is very quiet and peaceful), but the old management was a nightmare. They seem to have created a lot of stress for all of us, as residents. They'd tack-on extra fees for just about anything, and BIG ones! I had to go through hoops just to speak with the office manager; they seldom answered the phone, anyway. When they did answer, there was a real lack of concern and little helpfulness. Poor Maintenance When I moved in I was told that having a pet was $20 extra a month, it was also written in my lease yet when I adopted my cat they charged me $25 and when I pointed out my lease says $20 they told me that it had gone up since I signed my lease and I just had to deal with it. Also I don't even call maintenance anymore, my dad fixes the things that don't coat money for me, I reported to them that a board off the railing from the balcony had blown off in a storm, it has been almost 6 months since the storm and ... read more

Excellent staff! I have lived in a couple different apartments complexes but never have I experienced the quality management and maintenance that I do here. Alexandra and Mark go above and beyond for this community. They are effective and courteous. I have been very happy here at Holly Ridge.
very helpful under kitchen it says kitchen in the list but everything ele is great very helpful
Time to look for something new Neighbors are loud and beg for money. Maintenance and manager say they will fix things, been 6 months and haven't received anything or any fixing! Complaints about minor things but big things never fixed! Was nice the first couple months then just turned bad, have a few months left on lease but looking for a new place! Carpet is CHEAPPPP!
