If I could give this place zero stars I would By far the absolute worst place I have lived at. They never answer when you call. If you need repairs good luck getting them done, they will just say they will put it one the list. Raises your rent every year but does nothing to your apartment. The maintenance man is seen at all hours of the night just walking around. Cars get broken into at least once a month. They had guys come in to do the deck and left nails and saw blades in the grass. good place for a good price apartment was clean and spacious as well as pretty cheap considering the great location right next too downtown holly and just a short distance from Fenton, grand blanc, Waterford, and highland. the office manager Michelle was super helpful during the length of my stay as well as after i moved, would definitely move back if I found myself in need of an apartment.

Perfect location I just love the location of this property. The beaches are just minutes away, and shopping is within walking distance. The manager Michelle was pleasant and soundedthrilledthat I called. Every other place I called acted like I was wasting their time (because nothing was available)Even though there's is nothing available right now Michelle was still happy to help. I will definitely be waiting for an opening here. Thank you Michelle for making me feel important.

Great place to call home I have been a resident at The Pointe at Canton for 2 years.I love calling this place home.Great pool in the summer ,exceptional staff on hand.

Do not move here We moved in over 5 months ago and have not had concerned from when we first moved in addressed. Police are outside of our neighbors apartment every week. Water bill is 150 extra per month.
Great place to live I’ve lived here for almost two years and they are nice well kept apartments. The maintenance staff is very helpful. I would recommned. My only complaint is the parking sometimes does get overflowed but most days it’s not a problem

Nice Apartment in a Nice Location I moved in to the Pointe at Canton in August 2019 and so far it's been pretty good. There have been a couple of small hiccups. For example, when I moved in all of the screens on my bedroom windows were busted open. However, the maintenance was extremely responsive in that case and in the few other times issues have arisen.
