Horrible!! Worst experience I have EVER had!! Lumina is the new name, but even WORSE NOW!! Run for your life if you don't want to be upset everyday your there. A home should be a place of peace and respect! You will NOT find it here!!! You will be wondering as I did what you were thinking... Just Don't take the chance and IF you do MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY THEM!!! TAKE PIC'S before you move in and after if you don't want to be stole from and your name being scared from them!!!

So bad. I have put in countless requests about the mold in my windows, and my screen door being broken, never once fixed. My water randomly is shut off periodically. My neighbors are always drunk and fighting, people speed through the parking lot, the parking situation is horrendous, I hear screaming and yelling from all parts of the complex constantly. I can go on and on. Worst living experience ever.
