Holly has been treating my ankle with Micro-Current Point Stimulation (MPS) for scar tissue release therapy. There was noticeable improvement in mobility and pain reduction from the first treatment and I'm feeling better and seeing great results being 3 treatments in. I have (or had) a tremendous amount of scar tissue in my ankle due to a serious accident and have been in constant pain for years. This therapy is helping immensely! I have been going to see Holly for over five years and tell everyone about the great work she does. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at what she does. Holly will explain why specific muscles are “acting” a certain way and is skilled at identifying strategies and stretches to provide proactive support. She is approachable, friendly and has a solid memory, remembering past injuries/problem areas and promoting overall body wellness.
