This is without a doubt the best vet and animal hospital in the region. Next to my wife and son, my dog Maximus was the most important thing in the world to me. As a 12 year old German Shepherd he came to the end of his days and Dr. Todd Hasco and his staff gave him a peaceful end that allowed me some measure of comfort at the loss of my faithful companion. I cannot recommend their service more. If you need a highly capable and compassionate vet, this is your place.

They didn’t monitor my cat properly when under anesthesia and when they came back to intubate him he was in distress... they pumped him full of Ketaset, Diazepam, Atropine sulfate and Acepromazine knowing there were safer alternatives that could have been used!My sweet, healthy,vibrant 2 year old cat died in their care! After he died the handed my cat over to my husband in a black trash bag... no compassion at all!

Losing a pet under anesthesia is one of the most painful things that can happen in veterinary medicine, having to tell a pet parent that their fur baby did not survive the risk that anesthesia always poses breaks our heart almost as much as it breaks you the pet parents heart. It is never a phone call we want to have to make. Please know we do not take that loss of a beautiful life lightly. We are all so very sorry for the loss of your sweet Possum...
We love Dr. Hasco and the staff (extra shout out to Miss Ericka for always be willing to take some snapshots of Dakota when he goes in for his baby book). No matter if the doorway opens to a grieving family or a new puppy, they are fantastic and treat your pet with as much love as you give them. we have been going to Carlisle office for years since about 2009 and gladly wait (welcome Coronavirus 2020) to have a new member of our family seen here then anywhere else.
What a wonderful place to bring your pet! They treat them like family. Always kind! They also keep you informed and they never make you feel rushed. And Humphrey says thank you for his new Kong toy!😊
