Very Disappointed With My Experience at ICHS Holly Park Today, I’m honestly very upset and disappointed. I previously gave ICHS Holly Park a 5-star review because I had been satisfied with their care, but after what happened today, I feel I have to change my rating to 1 star. The clinic scheduled appointments for both my daughter and my son at the exact same time, 3:40 PM. My daughter had an appointment for vaccinations, while my son had a routine check-up. I waited 3-4 hours. I did not get the doctor and I left. Took us 3 hours to even get a room and i didnt even get to be checked out. Worst experience ever. Switching to a different place.
Very bad atitude rude nurses when i have appointments 7:30 they closed and didn’t talk to me
