While I understand this star will reflect on my at this point lifelong doctor and clinic, this star is a reflection on the Lab and ICHS' repeated inability to correctly communicate what the hours of the clinic are. I have been told the incorrect hours repeatedly, and have battled the Lab's ever changing lunch hours. I had a trouble receive my medication and I did contact with my pharmacy and they told me to have my doctor send it to store instead of doing mail pharmacy since they did not have it in stock. I contacted a nurse and let them know what's happened and they just left a voice mail saying I need to find out by myself like what? I need help. He asked me about my insurance and I explained to him my insurance cover the medication from CVS. Like I need help but then he said I need to find out my myself? Says that have dental urgent care on the website, but I was told they don’t do dental urgent care. I was also told to go to the urgent care instead, and when I asked where it was I was told ‘I don’t know, google it’. Not very friendly or helpful unfortunately.
This place is horrible. The scheduling system is messed up. I received my appointment reminder for 3:20pm. I arrived at 3:25pm, my appointment got cancelled. Doesn’t make sense at all
