Says that have dental urgent care on the website, but I was told they don’t do dental urgent care. I was also told to go to the urgent care instead, and when I asked where it was I was told ‘I don’t know, google it’. Not very friendly or helpful unfortunately.
This place is horrible. The scheduling system is messed up. I received my appointment reminder for 3:20pm. I arrived at 3:25pm, my appointment got cancelled. Doesn’t make sense at all
I love my Provider here.
Doctors at this place never calls back. Call center always answers and tells you someone will call back but they don’t “. It’s been 3 weeks now and we have not received a callback. This will be my 8 time calling asking for a supervisor and the answer we get is they will call you back. To work in healthcare and experience this is crazy. I will continue to pursue this to the fullest and next steps will be to go to the office. IF YOU ARE READING PLEASE DONT GO THIS CLINIC THEY ARE A SCAM.
