Kolbi made a sad situation even worse. I was an apartment manager for 5 yrs and in the apartment industry for 10 in Austin before my experience in 2024, with the most insensitive person I've ever had the displeasure with whom to cross paths. Kolbi was truly an angel … made this process of relocating from Illinois to Texas a breeze with zero stress … had me moved in as soon as i needed .. she walked me through every process from the application , the background check clear to lease signing .. i could’ve never made accomplished this without her ! She was even assisting when she was off the clock . So happy to be apart of the temple community 🩵
Kolbi was so amazing!! this was the only day my husband and i had off and she got us in to look at an apartment asap! she answered all our questions and was super helpful.
My son was scared to come outside some man with no teeth and shorts constantly standing outside on his phone also a ring doorbell that constantly goes off then saw the same man naked I think yall should check that out bur love the area just moved in yesterday
I’ve lived here for a couple of years and absolutely love it!! Huge shout out to Kolbi for making my experience amazing :)
