I do not recommend this company. They make an offer to buy your house, then at the last minute, the "boss" drops the offer by over 20%, and you're stuck between selling or having to pay more mortgage payments. Then, they turn around and sell for more than double what they paid you. I feel sorry for the folks who just overpaid for this house. If you have a house to sell, run away as fast as you can from these guys.
