Very very disappointed with lack of customer service, satisfaction and LOYALTY. My gf purchased a 75 dollar gift card as she has done several times. I missed placed it in my HOME but I told him I truly believe I accidentally threw it in the garbage can.he said nothing he can do sorry.I asked about customer service and keeping me client..no empathy. Hands down the best nail salon in Algonquin. I have been going to this salon since I was in middle school. My mother and I love the owner and the entire staff. Tina is my girl I cant wait to see her again and again:)
