Dr. Holly Verderame is a wonderful doctor who helped me with my pain, and I am very grateful for her; however, her receptionist staff has been extremely unpleasant and difficult to work with. I needed to schedule another appointment with Dr. Verderame and called the office, spoke with a receptionist who said they would give me a call back, and they never did. Dr. Verderame is a very knowledgeable and professional podiatrist. After switching three offices in a time frame of 3 years due to difficulty of the other doctors to find what causes my symptoms, I visited dr. Verderame. She examenate my leg and found immediately what causes my problem. Her first question was why I have waited so long. It was difficult for me to give her the right answer. After a surgery she managed to fix my leg and now I can walk again pain free. Thank you dr. Verderame
The very worst front desk staff I have ever encountered. The office manager is the rudest most crass woman and should not be customer facing. They are not at all friendly and I do not think they represent the awesome doctors that work there. I will be breaking further appointments.
