It was a great visit generally speaking. Easy check in process with paperwork available to print online. I was greeted with a smile and knowledgeable staff. Virtually no wait times. I felt I was 'heard' and I'm not sure what more you can ask for in an hearing doctor.
I am not the patient but we do not recommend Holly McLain. We overheard her mistreating some of the employees, the walls and doors are paper thin, and we do not support that kind of business. A business's success and reputation is built on happy employees with decent owners. This place is lacking it all. Such a shame.
the office staff was friendly and helpful. the doctor explained things how i understood them. she helped me alot. the billing ladies were very kind and worked with me on payment arrangements. i'd recommend this clinic to anybody.
Ms. McLain has improved my hearing ability like I never knew could happen. She has gotten great equipment for me and taught me how to use it so my quality of life has improved tremendously.
