The apartments are bit older, but the area is nice quiet and clean. The only issue is the lady who is in the front office, JANE. This thinks she is the boss and owns the place. The manager and/or owner seriously needs to fire her if they want to keep tenants longer. Jane is absolutely mean, rude, and lacks people skills. I may be moving out of the place soon if she has the job in next few months. Manager and/or Owner of Tryon Estates needs to wake up and fire her! The lady before her was awesome! These apartments are the most unsafe ones I have ever seen. Plumbing and lighting issues are rigged instead of being fixed to standards. Mold seems to be a issue in the bathrooms. The pool is closed more then it is open. You can tell that the security cameras dont operate due to the wireing being exsposed. The dumpster overflows and trash builds up on a regular basis. The units are outdated and are not worth the rent.
Absolutely fabulous experience! Management is extremely helpful and available. Right next to the park, which is great for families with children or pets. Area is quiet (except for our neighbor, but that was not typical in the area). Great price, roomy apartment, terrific views. Hated to leave, but had to relocate for jobs. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
I used to live here and 2 months ago I moved back in. There have been many changes. New management, new pluming (so no more leaking), new applainces and completely new kitchen + bath. New windows have also cut the electric bill by about \$20/mo. Definately a better community that it used to be. I would highly recomend living here. Its a quiet, safe location. Every now and then we even have deer walk through the property.
Living at Wingate is great! The new owners have upgraded the entire property and added 1/2 baths to the 3BR apartments. We even have a washing machine and dryer included with the rent. The office lady is very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recomend living here
I have been at the keswick for about a year. The apartment is very spacious and the staff is wonderful! I love to see many people hanging by the pool on those warm summer days. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. I truly think the keswick apartments are a great place to live!
I disagree with Reba, Keswick is a great place to live I have lived in Keswick for a while now and I am upgrading into a 3 bedroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I have great neighbors we all get along I have had now problems living here. Lynne is an excellent property manager she makes sure everything is taking care of. I want to thank her for an excellent job she is doing.
I really enjoyed living here. I lived here for almost 5 years... and enjoyed it. I highly suggest it to anyone who is single or has only 1 child. Alot of single people live there. I would live there again.
