She told me she'd bill my insurance, while still having me pay out of pocket. I turns out she was charging more than DOUBLE what was allowed for insurance and kept all the money. Super shady billing process - meanwhile my medical issue got worse under her care with no resolution. For your own safety, I would not go to this provider.
