This review is long overdue. Of all the people in RE I've worked with, Holly is the most trustworthy, knowledgable and professional by far. She makes it look so easy I didn't realize how far until I left the area and had to deal with the dangers of other companies. I Highly recommend her level headed approach.
Holly helped my parents sell a duplex unit that was occupied by long term tenants. She facilitated the tenant buyout process with ease. Her knowledge of the dizzying number of rental laws was invaluable. I trust her sound advice and her guidance made a complicated sale an easy one for my parents.
