Our experience with Holly Kerr was a nightmare! We were unfortunate enough to rent a condo below one of Holly Kerr's clients. Holly's renter lied on her application about owning a German Shepherd, which used the upstairs as a dog run 24 hours a day (not to mention using the wood slat porch above our porch as a toilet). When Kerr's renter refused to stop intentionally running her dog at ALL hours (and repeatedly waking up a newborn baby downstairs), we involved the police.
