Update: This office called me back the very next day after this post. The patient liaison apologized for the events described below and reimbursed me for the cost of the visit. She also said the group would not charge my insurance company for the appointment. What an unexpected and favorable outcome to this ordeal! I made the appointment for my visit today, 6/10/25, in March. I had to wait until June because it was a first visit to establish myself as a new patient, I was told. I have new insurance, so after carefully reading reviews and researching this doctor I knew she would be worth the wait, so it was no problem. Arrived early and was taken back for initial evaluation, referred to Otto surgeon, X-rayed and seen by orthopedic surgeon all within 2 hours including an injection in my hip. Dr Jones and Dr Matthew’s were very thorough in my examinations and prognosis. Would definitely recommend them.
