NEVER live here – I am telling anyone that is looking to live somewhere NOT to live here. Ill mention a few things....horrible property managers, Mr. Perna is a horrible landlord, waterbugs, no heat for WEEKS during the coldest parts of the year, security is very bad (front door always left unlocked), no parking, washers always broken, fires (just contact Haverford Fir Chief at the Township Bldg to confitm how many times they have had to come out the the Holly House and how the smoke detectors were turned off the nite we nee... read more
