This place is horrible!! I am currently building a case against the facility with my lawyer because I have called over 20 times today to get ahold of my husband and only gotten through 5 times. I asked to speak with medical director and physician and they refused to call me. I have recorded every call and voicemail I left. Im reporting the facility to the state for unsafe conditions and NEGLECT. Holly hill hospital in Raleigh last year back in the end of May 2025 violated my 14 amendment rights and my due process rights. I filed a complaint with Holly hill and got not accountability from them. Also filed complaint with the medical board- again no accountability for the psychiatrist in holly hill( Dr. Wang) or consequences. Dr. Wang works wake med Cary and Holly hill hospital in Raleigh. I must say that most patients are not happy to enter the hospital. But what I did like about Holly Hill Hospital is that they did not force as many injections for behavioral management, as many hospitals do. They gave us medication and therapy, which was received every day. I also like the fact that we are welcomed to read our Bibles and pray. My sister has been admitted to Holly Hill three times. I had hoped that, on this third admission, she would be placed at another facility, but Holly Hill appears to be the only one with available beds. She remains extremely depressed, yet the clinical staff plans to discharge her against my wishes on Wednesday, 9/9, after only seven days. Before being admitted, she had been off her psychiatric medication for two weeks. She has now been back on a medication regimen for only six days, which I do not believe is sufficient time ... read more
The staff was amazing but the place it self needs serious building maggment or restaffing the place was very horrible the 7 days I was their I did not see one cleaning person attend to the rooms or bathrooms all they did was sweep floors and empty trash cans will not recommend the place for anything
