I have changed my review because I have more to say about this place since my child finally left this place! I dont recommend this place at all for mental health services at all because when ur child has very bad mental health services they shouldn't be told everything unless they are adults! U don't tell a child under 18 years old everything u discuss that with the parent or guardian! Also u dont put a parent or a guardian as a bad person infront of their child! Good care and friendly staff. Not healthy food and selection is not good. Time outside occasionally. Had another patient come at me and try to fight me luckily I ducked him, there was blood everywhere on the hallways from him coming at multiple people. I feel like they could have subdued him faster to protect the rest of us better.
Nancy the housekeeper was super nice and very helpful in guiding me where to go. She made the experience smooth and welcoming. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism!
Unfortunately it's a necessity not a choice my son clothes it's being stolen in the hospital shoes and it's sad I tried to get in contact with patients abrogated but I don't get not responding.
