Holly Hill is a very dangerous place to work at. Clients will hit, spit, kick, punch, and throw things at you when they're mad. When an employee is assaulted there is no consequence for the client. Admin will threaten to suspend employees if they want to press charges on a client for assaulting them. ATW's and the cottages are not equipped for violent clients. Have heard the California, KY location is an extremely dangerous environment where management is doing nothing to improve the situation. Hopefully they get investigated and shut down before anything really bad happens beyond what happened years ago.

Holly Hill has the right intentions but does not know how to execute them properly. This place became out of control, the kids ran the place. It became a very unsafe work environment. I would not recommend sending any child here as it seems like none of them were receiving the help they actually needed. These children deserve better and I think that Holly Hill will thrive when they hire the right people.
