Save and quiet, had no issues so far. Nice pool and brand new play area for kids. Maintenance has responded quick
Holly Hill apartments hired a repairman who doesn't even know how to fix an A/C. So now we have been sitting here with our A/C broken for over a month. They forced us to take out our window units a few days ago...yeah, I totally love sitting in my apartment in 80-90 degree weather. Also, it is mid June and the pool is STILL not open....VERY disappointed. I'm not even going to talk about the parking issue...it has been ridiculous for over 2 years.
