This is our second transaction with Holy Gardner, back in 2019 we purchased the small cabin on a double lot, and now, July 2026, we sold the whole property with 2 cabins, second one is a brand new build 2026. From the beginning Holy was a treasure, always available (weekends and holidays) and on time, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She is a native of Big Bear and knows much about everything. I don’t know where to start, but I will keep it short Holly a real estate agent I met between 30 and 40 years ago never did business with her but digitally she is kept in contact with me 234 times a week amazing I’m a landlord of over 75 properties and I tell agents to take notice of Holly.
