I was looking an apartment for my mom and Diane from Holly Gardens could not have been more courteous and helpful.It will be 3 years in June my mom will be there. Thanks Again Diane
I’ve lived at Holly Garden Apartments for more than three years now and am very happy here. The staff are super nice and approachable, and maintenance are always quick to respond. Getting this apartment has been very providential. I feel safe here, everything is so close to it. Church, post office, the police station; fire station, stores, everything almost is at a walking distance. Truly thankful to God that (through my best friend) I found this apartment. Now we live close to each other. And that’s a huge plus!
I've lived at Holly Gardens for over 4 years, and I just love it here! The location is perfect for me, being close to both work, and to the train line, in case I want to go into Center City. There's tons of great restaurants around, the grocery store is close by, there's a bunch of great neighborhood shops, and it feels very safe. And finally, I've have really enjoyed working with Dianne and Hillary in the office, and with Pete and Danny in the Maintenance Department. Spent two years here. This is a great place to live considering the size of the apartment (1 bedroom + walk in closet), the location (safe neighborhood next to train station), and price! In my experience, every maintenance request I had was resolved promptly, usually within 48 hours. The management team is super responsive and willing to help with any issue you may have. Past negative reviews are clearly from disgruntled, hard to reason with tenants. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the area.
Last week Danny, from maintenance, did some work in my apt. He did a good job and was clean and efficient and explained what he had done. I was happy with the results. Pete and Danny from maintenance Diane and Hillary from the office side, have always helped me when I needed it. I think they. do a good job.
