She told me he presented himself very well and was very knowledgeable about trees and anything related to trees. Unfortunately, Holly did not meet my expectations at all. The expert arrived, examined the tree, and mentioned it was "healthy" even thought it had multiple purplish curled leaves. I was told that a $50 fee would be charged to send a specimen to be examined for further info, if I so chose to agree to this strategy. Of course, I did! Now, it's 8 weeks later, and although I was told that the Holly expert had my tree results, he never called.
