All the great reviews on here are probably written by the owner and/or friends. My experience: poor negotiation, no office...works out of her home (huge red flag), pushy with the seller and the buyer, inaccurate in contract and didn't make things right, seemed proud of experience on realtor board, states she gives her own comps to the appraiser which the realtor board states is illegal, has her own opinions of real laws that are not as she states, this realtor is neither on the side of the buyer or the seller...
