THEY REFUSED TO GET THE SHOOTER OFF THE PROPERTY, BUT I AM GETTING EVICTED. MAINTENANCE IS CRAP. THERE IS NEVER HOT WATER. THEY DONT KEEP THE APARTMENTS UP TO CODE. Renters' beware of Janice, she's a very good person when it comes to manipulating folks. I haven't had any problems in months, until she took over as Assistant Manager. That and other than the pest issue I we've encountered causing us to have let go of almost all our furniture. It's been a pretty "iffy" little living arrangement
