This place has gone down hill big time, filthy laundry rooms that are out of order all the time. No pest control, bugs, spiders, fly's everywhere. Common ground areas dirty, abandon cars in parking area. No onsite manager for months now. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly but that's it. All I can say is BAD I would re-think your choice of apts.

I'd give this place -stars but I can't. First of all backflow leaking all over. Office closed no staff. No sign nothing. No number to call. Unkept landscaping. Trash all over parking lot. What happen to this place? Stopped here just about a year and was a cute place,good staff. Where did they go? Now it's a depressed, uninviting place. Seems like the life is gone. Talked to a few residents and they won't even recommend their own community.. Truly sad.

I’ve lived here for 5 years. It was so nice in the beginning. Ever since Michele left these apartments went downhill. No manager ever in the office, never returns my calls. But can keep up with late fees n leaving noticed on doors but can’t respond when tenants are at need. My apartment is falling apart. Closet doors falling off, door hinges breaking. Cabinet doors falling off. Vent filters haven’t been changed. Etc etc etc. this is ridiculous. What happened to this place. It’s ran down. Highly disappointed.
